Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A bridal enquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

A date and service slot are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the booking has been acknowledged by MAKEUP BY AK.

Availability is subject to the artist's schedule at the time the booking is requested.

2. Advance Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a bridal booking.

The advance secures the agreed date and time slot and allows MAKEUP BY AK to reserve the appointment exclusively for the client.

The remaining balance is payable according to the booking arrangement communicated to the client.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Once a booking has been confirmed, the advance payment is non-refundable in the event of client cancellation.

This reflects the reservation of the date and time exclusively for the confirmed client and the business commitments made in preparation for the booking.

A refund may be considered only where MAKEUP BY AK is unable to provide the confirmed service due to the artist's health or personal circumstances.

4. Rescheduling

Any request to change a confirmed wedding date or service arrangement is subject to availability.

A requested change does not automatically guarantee that the new date or time will be available.

Where a requested change cannot be accommodated, the original booking and its applicable cancellation terms remain relevant.

5. Destination Weddings & Travel

MAKEUP BY AK accepts selected destination wedding bookings, subject to availability and prior agreement.

Travel and related destination expenses applicable to the booking are to be paid in advance by the client.

Destination arrangements, travel requirements and accommodation requirements, where applicable, will be discussed and agreed before the booking is finalized.

6. Timing & Delays

Clients are expected to be ready at the agreed start time so that the scheduled bridal service can proceed smoothly.

A delay of up to 20 minutes may be accommodated where the schedule permits.

Delays beyond the agreed allowance may affect the service timeline and the amount of time available for the scheduled appointment. MAKEUP BY AK cannot guarantee that lost appointment time can be recovered where the delay affects the day's schedule.

7. Exclusive Booking & Time Slots

MAKEUP BY AK does not accept multiple bridal bookings for the same time slot.

A confirmed bridal booking reserves the agreed appointment period for that client.

Additional services, brides or members of the wedding party should be discussed in advance so that the schedule can be assessed appropriately.

8. Client Information & Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their wedding date, venue, location, ceremony schedule and the services required.

Any material change to the wedding schedule, venue, service requirements or number of people receiving services should be communicated as early as possible.

Accurate information helps MAKEUP BY AK assess timing, availability and service requirements appropriately.

9. Services & Styling Coordination

Bridal makeup services are planned according to the requirements discussed during the consultation and booking process.

MAKEUP BY AK specializes in refined bridal makeup artistry, including HD and airbrush makeup, with related bridal beauty coordination as agreed for the booking.

Hairstyling arrangements are handled according to the agreed booking requirements and availability of the relevant hairstyling professional.

10. Changes to a Booking

Any request to add services, change the schedule, alter the venue or otherwise materially change a confirmed booking is subject to availability and prior agreement.

Changes should be communicated as early as possible to allow the schedule and service requirements to be reviewed.

A change to a booking is not confirmed until it has been accepted by MAKEUP BY AK.
