Yes. I use high-end and luxury beauty products. The products are chosen according to the bride and the makeup needed.

Yes. Waterproof makeup products are used, and the makeup is planned for long wear.

Please keep at least 2 hours for bridal makeup.

Please keep at least 3 hours for makeup and hairstyling together.

Please keep at least 3 hours and 30 minutes for makeup, hairstyling and draping.

Yes. False eyelashes are included with makeup services.

Yes. Touch-ups can be arranged separately if requested in advance and if the time is available. They are charged separately.

Yes. Skincare guidance is given based on your skin and what you need before the wedding.

Keep your skincare routine simple and regular. Drink enough water, get good sleep, use sunscreen when you go out and avoid sudden changes to your skincare.

No. Salon facials just before the wedding are not recommended. If you need a skin treatment, it is better to speak with a dermatologist.

Yes. Acne-prone and textured skin can be worked with. We keep the skin preparation light and suitable for the skin. The exact preparation method and products are kept private.

No. Real skin has texture, and makeup cannot remove it. We prepare the skin and apply makeup carefully so you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin.

Sensitive and dry skin need gentle preparation. We adjust the preparation to the skin and keep it simple and suitable for the final makeup.

There is no standard bridal trial. You can book a paid makeup session as a trial, subject to availability. A trial may also be an optional part of The Alina Privé.

No. A trial is not necessary for every bride. It can be helpful if you are unsure about your look, are getting professional makeup for the first time or have many specific details.

Trials are done at the MAKEUP BY AK studio.

A trial usually takes about 30 to 40 minutes.

Yes. Both HD and airbrush makeup can be tried during the session.

No. Standard hairstyling and draping trials are not offered.

Bridal hairstyling is done by @hairstylisthyderabad.

Almost every bridal hairstyle can be considered, depending on your hair, outfit and the look you want.

Yes. Extensions, padding and volume pieces can be arranged when needed. They are client-paid.

No. Fresh flowers are arranged by the client.

Yes. Short, thin, curly and very long hair can be styled, depending on the hairstyle.

Wash your hair before the appointment and keep it completely dry. Do not use conditioner, oil or other unnecessary hair products on the day.

We provide a wide range of bridal draping, including sarees, lehengas, dupattas, Khada Dupatta, double dupattas and veil setting.

Yes. Blouse pinning can be done as part of the draping service.

Yes. Jewellery-setting assistance can be provided as part of the draping service.

Yes. South Indian, North Indian, Muslim bridal, Marathi and Kolkata-style draping can be accommodated.

Please have a clean face, completely dry hair, your clothes and jewellery ready, and a separate space prepared for makeup.

An open, air-conditioned space with a mirror, table, chair, reliable power and enough room to work comfortably is needed. Around 5 ft × 5 ft is preferred.

Nothing should be applied immediately before makeup unless you have been specifically told to use something.

Yes. Photographers and videographers can be present, but they need to arrange their own extra space outside the makeup workspace.

Only one female person may stay with the bride in the makeup space.

Yes. You can eat or drink during preparation, and it is a good idea to eat before the appointment.

Yes. Up to four brides can be considered in one day, provided their timings, ready times, services and travel between locations fit the schedule.

Yes, if the timings work. Different time slots are preferred so each bride gets the required attention.

All bridal makeup is personally done by Alina Khatoon.

A minimum of about 2 to 3 hours may be needed between brides, depending on the services and location.

Yes, a multiple-bride booking can be considered even when ceremony timings overlap, but only if all ready times, service times and travel time fit the schedule.

Please send the date, each bride's ready time, service requirements, location, whether the service is at the studio or at home, and the travel time between locations.

Yes. Makeup services are available for female family members, bridesmaids and female wedding guests.

Yes. Makeup is available for both the bride's mother and the groom's mother.

Additional makeup may be done by assistants. If requested, Alina Khatoon may personally do an additional client when the schedule allows.

No. There is no minimum number.

It can be added only if there is enough time available. It is not automatically guaranteed after the bridal booking is confirmed.

Around 1 to 2 months before the wedding is preferred. This also gives more time for skin preparation if it is needed.

No. A date is not held without the required payment.

UPI, instant bank transfer and cash are accepted.

A 50% advance is required to confirm the booking. The advance is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due on the day of service, on arrival.

Your booking is confirmed after the 50% advance has been received and the payment and booking have been confirmed by MAKEUP BY AK.

Yes. You can enquire before the venue is finalised. It remains an enquiry until the booking is confirmed.

Services are planned around reserved time slots, so changes after booking are not normally possible. Additional services can be considered if time allows.

No. The 50% advance is non-refundable if the client cancels.

A rescheduling request can be considered if the new date is available. If it is not available, the booking cannot be moved and the advance remains non-refundable.

A venue change can be considered if it fits the booked time. Extra travel charges may apply.

The new number of brides must be checked for availability. Additional brides cannot be assumed to be available.

A delay can be considered only if the schedule allows it and it does not affect other booked appointments.

The bride is responsible for the delay. The official permitted delay is 15 minutes. For home service, if there is another booking after yours, the artist may need to leave after that time.

Yes. Destination weddings across India are accepted with prior booking. The client is responsible for the applicable travel and other destination expenses.

Yes. International destination weddings can be accepted with prior booking. The client is responsible for the applicable travel expenses and required formalities.

The client is responsible for applicable flights, accommodation, local transportation and other destination travel expenses.

The client is responsible for arranging the required flights and accommodation, unless another arrangement has been agreed.

Applicable destination travel and accommodation expenses must be paid at least one week before the travel date.

No. MAKEUP BY AK travels with the required crew when the destination booking needs it, including the hairstylist and complete team where required.

Suitable halal food must be available. Pork and non-halal food are not acceptable. Pure-vegetarian destinations may be considered where suitable arrangements can be made.

The flight-class requirement is not currently finalised. Please discuss the travel arrangement during the destination booking enquiry. No fixed flight class is stated on the website.

No. Bridal makeup pricing is personalised according to your date, location and requirements.

No. Hairstyling, draping and party makeup pricing is shared according to the client's requirements.

Yes. Fixed bridal packages are available. Extra charges may apply for customisation and luxury product requirements.
